From our humble beginnings with a single insulation blowing truck, Quality Home Improvements has first and foremost been a family-run operation. Founded on strong principles and family values, Tom and his wife Janet were the first QHI employees, but over the years every member of the Smith clan has been on the QHI team. Their son, Jeff, works as an installation supervisor, daughter Jaime is the administrative assistant and two of their son-in-laws (Joel and Mike) are key installers.
Many employees have also become part of the Smith family. Sonjia and Barb (customer service) as well as Bill, Dave, and Malcom (sales) have been with QHI for over 10 years. And long-term installers Steve and Stu have been with QHI for over 15 years.
With Jeff and Jaime taking a keen interest in the business along with the wealth of support and experience from their extended family, it's safe to say that QHI will stay in the family long after Tom and Janet retire. This means that the same values and principles that have guided the company for 20 years will continue to be the bedrock of QHI.
